Membership terms & visit verification
Membership is free and begins after you verify your email. Status reflects distinct qualifying visit days during the preceding six calendar months, using Atlanta time. Zanzi staff must verify a closed, paid Toast check and confirm the guest’s membership before crediting a visit. A receipt submission alone does not earn credit. Tax, tips, service charges, gift-card purchases, canceled checks and refunded amounts do not qualify as eligible spend. Refunded or incorrectly credited visits can be reversed, which may change your status. Multiple checks on the same day count as one visit.
Reservation assistance does not guarantee seating or bypass existing bookings. Experiences may have a separate price; normal booking and deposit policies apply. Privilege requests require Concierge confirmation. No cash value or checkout redemption is offered. Zanzi may update the pilot’s terms with notice on this page. Membership data is used for account access, visit verification, service preferences and fulfillment; promotional email consent is separate.
